The V-Rod's powertrain is centered around a 1,130cc four-stroke V-twin liquid-cooled engine, developed in collaboration with Porsche Engineering. This engine delivers 115 horsepower at 8,250 rpm and 74 lb-ft of torque at 7,300 rpm, making it a formidable contender in the muscle bike category. The V-Rod also features a raked-out front fork with a pulled-back handlebar, a low seat, disc wheels, and a two-into-two chromed exhaust system with large mufflers, contributing to its aggressive stance.
