I recently purchased a 1956 Austin Healey from Motorcar Classics. I'm in Michigan so I purchased the car sight unseen. Craig's description was accurate and although we had a few stumbles in the process (some due to COVID issues) we worked our way through them. I have been left speechless by the services provided by MotorCar Classics. I had called their office and was so lucky to be connected to Craig. The original conversation started with info on a car they had recently sold. We talked for a good 20-30 minutes and I can tell Craig was full of enthusiasm and a passion for cars. One conversation led to another and he taught me how consignment works. I had sold 4 jeeps prior on my own and didn't even know consignment to sell a car was a thing. He walked me through the details on how it works. I ended up giving them my Jeep CJ-7 after a week and they had it sold faster than I had imagined. For my age, my biggest battle is getting a conversation going with such professionals who deal with cars worth hundreds of thousands. Their ENTIRE staff including the owner were so friendly & welcoming. I would do business with them a hundred times over. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I bought a car from Motorcar Classics from out of state. Ever tried to buy a car from another state? It is WAY harder than you think it would be! I legit went to another dealer first--who also had the car I wanted. That dealer wasn't helpful and I wasted over a week trying to figure the interstate purchase out on my own.Why am I saying this? Because the folks at Motorcar Classics made it EASY! Like a couple of phone calls, some digital docusigning, and a few text messages easy. Transfer the payment and several weeks later a truck pulls up to my neighborhood and my car rolls off of it in pristine condition.

Craig helped my dad sell his treasured 1963 Corvette split window. Craig was straight up and honest from the outset and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Not only did he get us a great price, but he made sure that the car went to someone that would enjoy and appreciate such a great example of a classic American car. I was recently at Motorcar Classics acting as an agent/hauler for a buyer in Texas who is a longtime friend and muscle car enthusiast like myself. It was a great experience start to finish.I was greeted warmly upon arrival by Mr. Craig Balaban, who invited me into the showroom and showed me around before even going to his office to start his day. Polite and professional, Craig is not just a salesman but a man who is passionate about these cars. The dealership is spotless throughout including the shop/ storage area which is massive by the way. I was introduced to the head technician Anthony and his associates Danny and John. All friendly and very helpful with my inspection and test drive of the car being purchased. Later in the day as the deal was being finalized, the owner, Mr. Will Branston sought me out to make sure everything was going well. He politely suffered through a few stories of my youthful automotive exploits. I would describe him as down-to-earth for a person of his stature. The man runs a tight ship here. You only have to look around some to see it.Once the deal was done and the car loaded and ready to roll, Mr. Balaban came out to wish me a safe trip and even printed a map for me detailing the best route out of Long Island and back towards Texas. It proved very helpful as I was totally unfamiliar with the area.Although I had no real stake in the car being bought, I happen to know the buyer is satisfied and I would recommend Motorcar Classics to anyone looking to buy or sell their special interest vehicle.
