1986 Jaguar XJS for sale! Motorcar Classics is now offering this Jaguar XJS coupe presented in Signal Red with tan leather interior. This XJS has spent its entire life in New York and has been well maintained and was recently serviced in 2020. This 3-owner car was purchased at Hempstead Jaguar in 1986 and has remained all stock except for the new stereo system, steering wheel and black wheels. To the best of our knowledge this XJS then had a factory installed Lister body kit which was molded onto the vehicle and painted, although we have no documentation on this upgrade. The second owner of this Jaguar purchased the vehicle is 1988 and then gifted the car to his son a few years later. Recent 2020 service includes: alternator, lower oil pan gasket, oil/filter, new air filters and replaced sunroof weather seal. Tires were also replaced a few years earlier. Interior leather still looks great and wood trim is in excellent condition for its age. This XJS shows little to no rust issues and runs and drives very well. 5.3L V12 engine with 87,743 original miles. Automatic transmission. Your inspection is invited!
