1986 Ferrari Mondial 3.2 Cabriolet for sale! Motorcar Classics is proud to present this stunning 1986 Ferrari Mondial Cabriolet presented in Rosso Corsa with black interior and matching black convertible top. The Mondial is a Ferrari 2+2 that was offered as a coupe or cabriolet. The Mondial was conceived as a user-friendly model. offering the practicality of four seats and the performance of a Ferrari. The platform and powertrain of this Mondial is essentially the same as the contemporary Ferrari 328, an icon of its time, and among the various generations of the Mondial, the mid 1980s 3.2L models are among the most reliable Ferraris. Our Mondial has only 28,550 miles and the paint on the car is in excellent original condition, as is the leather interior. The convertible top was recently replaced. Upgrades include a JVC AM/FM/CD-changer with an amp sound system and aftermarket five spoke wheels. Power is by the 328s 3.2L Quattrovalvole DOHC V8 with the famous 5-speed gated shifter. Our Mondial was in the same collection for over two decades prior to our finding it a new home about a year ago. Now it is back as the owner enjoyed the car and is moving on to other interests. The car has been well-serviced, including a major service and timing belt in 2019 and fuel injection rebuild last year. The Mondial is an ideal entry-level Ferrari, or delightful car for the enthusiast with a family.
