Power is by Mercedes reliable 2.4L Diesel with a 4-speed manual gearbox. This is a local 3-owner truck that has been the subject of a 2-year nut & bolt restoration at a cost of $56,000. It has the original engine, transmission and cab. Features include Ford rear axle, custom wheels with Mercedes emblems, front and rear air bags, and custom oak side rails. The truck has three ramps that allow a variety of automobiles or motorcycles to be loaded.
