In 2004 the car was sold on to an enthusiast in Los Angeles. Then, in 2005 the car was purchased by another enthusiast in the East who after owning the car for many years commissioned the total nut and bolt restoration putting the car is the superb condition you see today. The 1973 911S is powered by Porsches 2.4L motor with MFI (mechanical fuel injection) with a 5-speed gearbox. These are rated by enthusiasts among the most desireable and best handling of the early 911s. With 185 HP, this 911S does 0-60 in about 6.6 seconds, which was outstanding for the period.
